Vendors are responsible for all setup and cleanup of their area.

All vendors must comply with local food safety regulations and licensing.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Event organizers reserve the right to deny or remove any vendor not adhering to guidelines.

All food/beverage vendors must have a food license from the Charles County Department of Health in order to participate in the event to include any vendors that will be sampling foods.
