What are your hours of operation?
We are a 24-hour in-patient treatment facility.
Administrative Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.


Do you accept state or private insurance?
We accept Medicaid and self-pay patients.


Do you offer Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous?
Yes. We provide both Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous for patients admitted into The Jude House.

In addition, we provide these self-help groups that are open to the community.
Alcoholics Anonymous: Sundays 8:30 AM

What is your Admission Policy?
18 years of age or older, Substance Use Disorder, and assessed at  III.5 Level of Care 
Substance Dependent/Addicted
Must meet an ASAM Residential Placement Level III.5
Must be ambulatory and able to participate in program activities
Capable of providing personal self-care
